ABOUT AUDITIONING
Do contact us if you are interested in joining the choir.​ We rehearse in Great Bookham on a Tuesday evening in term-time and entry is by audition. Prospective new members typically spend a couple of rehearsals with us before auditioning.

If you are an experienced choral singer and confident music reader then you will have no trouble with your audition. This will include a discussion about your musical experience and knowledge, performing a short prepared accompanied song of your choice, musicianship tests and a piece of sight-reading.
Your audition will be short (10 minutes or less) informal and as un-stressful as we can make it. It will involve singing a short song of your choice, some simple sight-reading and aural tests and a bit of a chat.
